Grangers work very hard to put on the best county fair in Illinois. Thank goodness for all Boone County Grangers!

The fair is almost here. Our County Line members have been very busy getting ready. We have been cleaning and doing repairs at the Grange food and drink stands. The Reed Schoolhouse is almost finished. The Granges Museum is ready for lots of visitors. Hope everyone comes by and visits with us.

County Line’s float in the 2018 Belvidere Heritage Day’s Parade. We had a ton of fun tossing candy to the children and squirting the bystanders with water guns. Everyone loved it!

Put on your grubbies and roll up your sleeves!

We’ll be out cleaning and prepping the Fair Grounds tonight around 5pm. Linda will be there a bit earlier, you will probably find her working on the School House. See you there!

Congratulations to County Line! We won best decorated cart. Sandy and Jason were our Super Granger shoppers. Heather, Jackie and Linda helped decorate the cart. We participated along with other Granges and groups in the Food Cart Frenzy held June 9th 2018 at Pacemaker in Popular Grove. All the food was bought by each group and donated to Belvidere Salvation Army.

County Line served food to cancer survivors at Relay-For-Life event held June 2, 2018 at the Boone County Fairgrounds.

The fresh cool air, sunshine, and exercise was wonderful. It’s always fun also.

In honor of Grange Month, we held our Scholarship Meat Raffle drawing at our April 11th meeting.

We would like to thank all of you who purchased raffle tickets. Because of your support, we were able to provide 4 outstanding students from our area help with their college expenses.

Thank you to everyone who came out March 10th and enjoyed spaghetti with us at our 4-H Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser. Thanks to everyone who donated baskets and items for our raffles. Thanks to all of you who donated their time and energy to help cook, clean and serve. We appreciate all of you. Our dinner was a great success because of wonderful people like you who support the 4-H and the Granges.
