County Line Grange will be having a flapjack breakfast at Applebee’s in Belvidere. This is a fundraiser for our Grange. Come join us on Saturday Oct. 9, 2019, from 8-10am. Hope to see you there!

Witches, hardhat workers, beatniks, a painter, a bee, a nurse and others were present at County Line Grange’s Halloween party. Good food, and decorations by our hosts and decorating committee were enjoyed by all of us at our October 9th, 2019 meeting.

Where Oh Where are County Line Grangers? At the Boone County Fair of course ! Time for County Line’s famous grilled chicken dinner. Serving up a fresh and hot hearty meal for the family at a great value price. Wander over to the Grange Food Stand and check out the dinner of the day. Saturday morning you’ll find our Grangers firing up the grills!

So much to see and so much to do! Stroll the fairgrounds and see if you can spot one of us. Say “Hello” and you’re sure to get a smile 😊

Have you seen the old School house? Want to learn a bit about who we are and what the Grange is all about? Check out the Grange Museum. Grangers from all over Boone County have rolled up their sleeves all year and now it’s time to celebrate! Come join us! 🎡

County Line Grange participated in the 2019 Belvidere Heritage Day parade June 30th. The storms finally moved on long enough for us to decorate and ride our float. It turned out to be a fun day after all. Thanks to all our Grangers who helped. Thanks Tim for pulling us and thanks Lowell for loaning your trailer again.

County Line Grange members had fun at the Food-Cart-Frenzy. This event was held June 8, 2019 at Countryside Market in Popular Grove, Il. Local Granges and the Boone County Fair decorated carts and had a certain amount of time to fill them with non-perishable food items. Each group purchased the food which was then donated to the Boone County Salvation Army for distribution. County Line Grange won Best decorated cart, and Prairie Grange won for most items and most money spent.

May 4, 2019. We had a great day at the Il. Railroad Museum in Union, Il. The train rides were lots of fun. We followed this with a great lunch at Checkers in Union.

County Line Grange Day is May 4 at the Railroad Museum in union Il. Please come and have fun. Tour the trains and maybe ride one. We are planning on eating there.
